💎 What currency are the prices on the website?

All prices are in Israeli Shekels (ILS). No need to worry about currency conversions—easy and simple! 😌

📦 I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible! Shipping times average between 12-17 business days. Your tracking number will be updated within 2-3 days after your order has been shipped.

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at roeea2@gmail.com, and we’ll look into it for you.

🛍️ I’m not in love with my order—can I return it?

You deserve to love what you buy! If the item is defective or damaged, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The return shipping cost will be on you, but we’ll refund your original purchase as soon as we receive the item.

Note: If your package is on its way, please wait for it to arrive before starting a return.

🛑 Can I cancel my order?

Of course! You can cancel your order without any penalty as long as it hasn’t been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you’ll need to use our easy return system to get a full refund.

📍 I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Oops, it happens! If you misspelled or auto-filled the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email. Let us know the correct address within 24 hours at roeea2@gmail.com. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to update it, so act fast! 💌
