We have a 30 day return policy. What does this mean?
You have 30 days from the moment you receive the product to ask us for a return.

What is needed to receive a refund?
The product must be in new condition in its original packaging, and it must not have been used. The labels should be attached as you received it. You will need to keep the invoice/receipt or any other proof of purchase.


How do you start the return process?

We have received and approved the return, what now?
We will send you a shipping label, and instructions on how to send the package. Please note - we will not accept returns that you have not requested from us in advance. If the product is damaged, the wrong product arrived, or any other problem - contact us immediately so that we can resolve it.

What cannot be returned?
There are products that cannot be returned such as: perishable products (food, flowers , plants) customized products (special orders or items designed especially for you) personal care products (cosmetics, etc.) dangerous, flammable or gaseous substances If you have any doubt about a certain product, just ask us.
Please note - it is not possible to return products purchased on sale or gift cards. The fastest exchange is to return the product you have, and after the return is approved, simply buy what you want separately.
Customers from the European Union - the 14-day rule regardless of what is written above, if you live in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without having to give a reason. Of course, the same rules apply - the product must be in new condition with the packaging and labels, and not used. You will also need to keep the receipt or any other proof of purchase.
Refund After we receive and check the return, we will let you know if we have received and approved it. If so, you will receive a refund directly to the credit card or original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that sometimes the banks and credit companies take additional time until the refund actually appears with you.
