Return and Refund Policy
At Chicy Boutique, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
If you receive a defective item (damaged upon arrival, not due to use) or the wrong product, you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund. In some cases, we may resolve the issue without requiring a return. To expedite the process, we will request photos and a brief description of the defect.
If you choose to cancel for reasons other than a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will apply. For credit card payments, additional processing fees may be charged by your provider.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. Any signs of use will void the return eligibility.
Returns must be made via registered mail with a tracking number through Israel Post.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item reaches our facility.
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt. If the product has already been shipped, it must first be received before initiating a return.
The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
A full refund will be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable fees.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or special-order products
- Personal care items (cosmetics, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you don’t receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, as long as the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
